Shepler and Benson showed a PowerPoint presentation for their plans to create various paddling trails throughout the waters ofPalacios and its surrounding areas. Pettit notified Council within 20 years afer replacement the City would benefit from a $600,000 profit. Ratify Agreement for On-Call Mechanic Services Discuss and ratify an agreement between the City ofl Palacios, and K3 Mechanic Services to provide regular maintenance and repair services for the City of Palacios for a term of one year. Presented by Public Works Director, Ryan Adams, and Police Chief, Tobie Bias. Public Works Director, Ryan Adams notified Council that there were no other applicants to. fill this bid. Resolution 2023-R-16 HOME: Program Discuss and approve a resolution to allow the City ofPalacios to apply for thel HOME. Program which allows cities to administer aj program that would build newh homes forcitizens with condemned or nearly condemned homes and mobile homes. Presented by Grant Admimistrator;, Tammy McDonald. McDonald explained to Council what the HOME Program would cost the City to participate per house.
