STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF UVALDE  UVALDE COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 2024-08  ORDER ABOLISHING BURN BAN  PURSUANT to the' Texas Local Government Code and by action of the Uvalde  County Commissioners Court, the Uvalde County Judge does this day ORDER that restrictions on outdoor burning as imposed by the Uvalde County Commissioners Court's  ORDER dated August 26th,2024 are hereby abolished.  Residents of Uvalde County who choose to conduct any outdoor burning are  urged to do sO exercising extreme caution. They are reminded they could be held liable for  any damages from a fire that does get out of control.  This ORDER signed this the 3rd day of September, 2024.  RSPAL WILLIAM R.
