Call to order: Mayor Dusty Wise II. Invocation: Dusty Wise McLean, Charles Cox and Doug Shaffer Those Absent: None Staff Present: Jacob Ashton New Business:  III. Those present included Council members Glen Vest, Jason Gardner, Adam  1. Meeting called toi approve bids for Sewer Plant Improvement project. Motion made by Councilman Glen Vest to approve bid, for Phase 1, up to $200,000 to start, given by Aqua Services and put Phase 2 on hold for now. Motion second by Councilman Adam Mclean, all were in favor, motion  carried. (4 ayes, 0 nays)  Motion to adjourn by Councilman Glen Vest, second made by Councilman Adam McLean, all were in favor, meeting adjourned. (4 ayes,0 nays).
