STATE OF TEXAS *** COUNTY OF HENDERSON *** CITY OF BROWNSBORO ***  The City Council met in the City Hall of the City of Brownsboro, Texas on  December 12, 2023 at 5:00 P.M. for a special meeting.  I. Call to order: Mayor Dusty Wise II. Invocation: Dusty Wise  III. Those present included Council members Adam McLean, Charles Cox and  Doug Shaffer New Business:  Those Absent: Glen Vest and Jason Gardner  1. Coy Olson presented blue prints and building permit for approval Councilman Doug Shaffer made motion to approve, motion was second by Councilman Adam McLean. Charles Cox abstained from vote. Motion 2. Blue prints and building permit from NICA Custom Homes & Remodeling were presented for approval for new build construction on Stuart Street. Motion made to approve made by Councilman Doug Shaffer, motion was second by Councilman Adam McLean, Charles Cox Motion to adjourn made by Councilman Doug Shaffer, motion second by Councilman Adam McLean, all were in favor, meeting adjourned.  to start new build construction on Castleberry Street.  carried.  voted to approve,motion carried.
