STATE OF TEXAS *** COUNTY OF HENDERSON *** CITY OF BROWNSBORO ***  The City Council met in the City Hall of the City of Brownsboro, Texas on  December 22,2022 at 5:00 P.M. for a special meeting.  I. Call to order: Mayor Dusty Wise II. Invocation: Dusty Wise  III. Those present included Council members Glen Vest, Jason Gardner and  Doug Shaffer  Those Absent: Charles Cox and Trayce West Guest: Corey Frentress, Frentress Engineering, LLC  New Business:  1.Motion made by Councilman Glen Vest to approve bid presented by FDC Construction as presented for repair on JB Fulgham. Motion was second by by Councilman Jason Gardner, all were in favor, motion carried. 2.David Godwin, Auditor, did not attend the meeting. Gardner, all were in favor, motion carried.  3 Councilman Doug Shaffer made motion to approve changed and repairs of the lift station on Saylors, motion was second by Councilman Jason 4.Motion made by Councilman Glen Vest to approve New Business Permit for 3:16 Auto Sales, motion was second by Councilman Doug Shaffer, all were in Councilman Doug Shaffer made motion to adjourn, second was made by Councilman Glen Vest, all were in favor, motion carried, meeting was  favor, motion carried.  adjourned.
