Discussion and possible action on thel Meeting Report from 5/8/2024 - Mike DeLeon, Vice-Chairperson. Andrea Hoffmann made a motion to approve the minutes with her name corrected. on item 6. Susan 3. Discussion and possible action on Squirrel Trail - Blaire Friar, Seguin Main Street & CVB. Assistant Director. Kyle Kramm discussed the possible action on the Squirrel Trail. Artwork was reviewed for Walnut Springs Health & Rehab design adjustment and Road. Ranger. Squirrel. Afew concerns were made about the squirrel artwork.from Walnut Springs Health on the etiquette ofthe flag around the Rinn seconded: the motion. Motion carried. squirrel. It was. suggested to research more about thej flag painted on the squirrel. Susan Rinn made a motion to approve the Squirrel artwork. Joanna Rodriguez seconded the motion. Motion carried, pending the painted flag around the squirrelfrom, Springs Health & Rehab. As of6/12/2024 we have 4 Squirrels in waiting: Emmanuel's Lutheran, Niagara. Bottling, Joe Cools, La Trinidad. The Commission agreed toj place 10s squirrels for our next order. 4. Discussion and possible action on Art & Wine Walk- Blaire Friar, Seguin Main Street & CVB. Assistant Director, Kyle Kramm discussed. the possible action on Art & Wine Walk. The Commission reviewed the sponsorship letter/forms, wineryforms and: stop applications. The Commission decided to change the sponsorships. The $500 level. stays the same but add logo to the program, the sponsorship level of $500 to $750J for a % page add in the program, and $1,000 would get afull page add in the program. Clara. Mae Marcotte seconded the motion. Motion carried. Kyle discussed and reviewed the 2024A Art & Wine Walk Magazine proposal from the Seguin Gazette. The Commission agreed to a 28 Page Digest. Magazine where the, Seguin Gazette would. sell outside advertising to local businesses to offset the printing costs. Seguin Gazette would cover all costs associated, with no expense charged to the Seguin CVB. 5. Roundtable Discussion on Upcoming Events. Clara.
