Regular Session 2.A 2024-9-WAV 1218 S Church St. Driveway Variance Public Hearing and possible action on a Subdivision Variance from residential driveway spacing pursuant to Section 12.08.010 of the Unified Development Code, for the property generally located at 1218 S. Church Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626, bearing the legal description of a 0.34-acre tract of Block "F" of the J.C.S. Morrow Addition, located in the Clement Stubblefield Survey, Abstract No. 558 in Williamson County 2024-9-WAV): - Grace Kelly presented the staff report. Please note that the recording of this meeting Chair Dickey asked if the applicant intends to abandon the existing driveway. Kelly confirmed that the applicant intends to abandon the existing driveway. Commissioner Allen asked if there were easement requirements along the property Wesley Wright, Systems Engineering Director, approached the podium to address the Commission and noted that if there is an easement pavement would be allowed on top of it. Wright acknowledged that there are no overhead electric lines. Wright concluded that the driveway should not interfere with the easement if there was one present. Chair Dickey opened and closed the public hearing with no speakers coming forth. Moved by Stephen F Dickey; seconded by Scott A.
