Voting For: Robert Hilton, Shawn Hood, Amanda Parr  Motion Approved: 3-0 Voting Against: None 1.C Financial report  Consideration and presentation oft the FY 2023 fourth quarter financial report-N Nathan Nathan Parras presented the FY2023 Q4 Financial Report and answered questions from  Parras, Assistant Finance Director  the board. 1.D Staff Report  Discussion regarding the staff report David Morgan, City Manager Cameron Goodman presented the Staff Report and answered questions from the  board.  5    1.E Economic Development Strategic Plan Goodman, Director of Economic Development  Presentation and discussion oft the Economic Development Strategic Plan - Cameron Cameron Goodman along with representatives from TIP Strategies presented on the Economic Development Strategic Plan and answered question from the board.  1.F Action from Executive Session  Action from Executive Session- Amanda Parr, Board President  Moved by Robert C Case; seconded by Robert Hilton to Approve to present Project  Sharp to City Council.. Deliberation regarding commercial or financial information that the corporation has received from al business prospect that the Georgetown Economic Development Corporation seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the City of Georgetown and with which the Corporation is conducting economic development negotiations; and/or deliberation regarding the offer of ai financial or other incentive to al business prospect that the Corporation seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near thei territory of the City of Georgetown.
