Minutes of the  Arts and Culture Advisory Board City of Georgetown, Texas Tuesday, March 19, 2024  The Georgetown Arts and CultureAdvisory Board met on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 4:301 PM at City! Regular Session 1.A Call to order 4:31pm  Call to order- David' Valdez, Board Chair 1.B Arts & Culture Announcements  Announcements - David Valdez, Board Chair information, please visit the Palace's website. 1 Tim visited the Chicago Art Muesum  - Karen, gave an update on all the events happening at the Palace. For more -Jaheer will provide an update on upcoming events once the dates are confirmed. I Norma and her son finished an art piece that will go up for auction. L David went to Fort Cavasos to take photos of the military families. The Texas Photography Festival will begin planning for next year's event.  1.C Approval of minutes Chair  Consideration and approval of the February 20, 2023 minutes - David' Valdez Board  Moved by Timothy' W Fleming; seconded by Normaj Clark to Approve. Motion Approved: 5-0 Jones Voting Against: None 1.E Coordinator report Program Manager  Presentation of Arts & Culture Coordinator Report- Amanda Still, Arts & Culture Amanda Still presented the Coordinator report to the board and answered questions.
