President Justin Saunders called the Heath Economic Development Corporation (HEDC) and Heath Municipal Benefits Corporation (HMBC) meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.  2. Action Regarding Council, Staffand Board Member Reports City Manager Kevin Lasher provided an update on the' Towne Center Park renovation, including thei fact that the water well: for irrigation was going to be separated out from the project. This will allow the project to continue as budgeted at $12,250,000. The water is expected tol bej plentiful enough that there willl be additional supply for other parts of the city, such as irrigating The Reserve.  He said that designs should be at 90%1 by August.  Saunders reminded the Board that any savings achieved by pulling the well out oft the park project or lower than expected interest rates on thei funding could be "clawed back" to the HEDC/HMBC. The HEDC/HMBC partnered with the Cityi in securing funding for the Towne Center Park renovation and 3.C Discussion and Action Regarding Request to Collaborate/Sponsor The Heath Holiday Market at Hidden Creek. located in' The Reserve. (S. Brooke) Suzanne Brooke presented ai request from Hidden Creek in' The Reserve to sponsor their new. Heath The planned event willl have a kids' area including face painting, gingerbread cookie decorating and hot chocolate and pictures with Santa. There will be food trucks, holiday cocktails and al livel band. There  Public Safety and Public Works facilities in 2023.  Holiday Market onl November 23.  willl be space: indoors and outside: for 50-60 vendors.
