Sully, Clarendon, Texas 79226, for Public Hearing for the Purpose of Adopting the City of Clarendon's  the purpose ofconsidering the following:  Property Tax Rate for Fiscal Year 2024-2025.  Proposed Tax Rate 2024-2025  Property Tax Rate No-New-Revenue Tax Rate Voter-Approval Tax Rate Debt Rate De minimis Rate Unused Increment Rate  0.593711 0.572152 0.573485 0.593711  No-New-Maintenance & Operations (M&O) Rate  0 0 0  THIS BUDGET WILL RAISE MORE TOTAL PROPERTY TAXES THAN LAST YEAR'S BUDGET BY $13,597 OR 3.62%, AND OF THAT AMOUNT, $355 IS TAX REVENUE TO BE RAISED FROM NEW PROPERTY ADDED TO THE  TAX ROLL THIS YEAR.  The Property Tax Rate will be on the agenda for adoption on September  12, 2024, 5:30 p.m. at a regular City Council meeting.
