She requested that the court pay attention to the concerns of residents where new developments have had water runoff in adjacent neighboring developments. Alizain Ali spoke on Agenda Item 10B in regards to a Resolution and Order approving a variance pursuant to Article 4.1 of the Montgomery County Regulations Prohibiting the Sale of Alcohol Beverages by Dealer near School or Church.
