APPROVALI OF EMERGENCYREPAIRSTOBOILERSYSTEMATTHEJUSTICE  CENTER.  Judge. Jeanes opened the Special Session at 10:01 A.M. to discuss the emergency repairst tot the Commissioner. Ackeri informed the courtt that. Jail Standards require ar repairt tol ber made within48 Commissioner Acker made a motion toa approve the emergency equipment repairst tot thel boiler WHEREFORE: itis ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the emergency equipment  boiler system at the Justice Center. that may have to be dealt with. the motion and all members voted" "aye".  hours which removes1 the option for going outf for bids. Commissioner Acker alsoi informedt the courtt thatt the new repairs would be approximately: $60,000.00 and alsor notedt thatt there were aiso some plumbingi issues system at the. Justice Centeri in the approximate amount of $60,000.00. Commissioner Simmons seconded repairs tot the boiler system at the. Justice Center in the approximate amount of $60,000.00: are HEREBY  APPROVED.  Judge. Jeanes closed the Special Session at 10:074 A.M.
