Judge White called to order this Regular Session of the Commissioner's Court.  2.1 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE UNITED STATES FLAG ANDI PLEDGE TO THE FLAGO OF  THE STATE OF TEXAS. 3.PUBLIC COMMENTS  Jim Hervey, informed the court of his concerns oft the tall grass and cars that are parked and not running in Clear Lakes. Mr. Hervey said he had noticed some environmental improvements but would like to see more Kim Morris, requested to speak on Agenda Item #11, to voice her concerns against the closure of Alba-  involvement: from the Sheriff's] Department andt thel Fire Marshall.  Golden ISD road on CR2377.  4.ACKNOWLEDGE, PERSONNEL, ACTIONS.  Thej personnel actions were] presented to the Court for approval. See copies oft the personnel action forms attached to these minutes. Sheilal Harris, District Extension Manager, introduced the proposed candidate, Hilary Grider-Henk, as the Commissioner Simmons: made a motion to approve ofH Hilary Grider-Henk as the candidate for the vacant Wood County Extension Agent Ag/NR Position with the anticipated start date of September 1, 2024. Judge White called the Public Hearing into session at 9:09 a.m. for the Alba-Golden ISD Road Closure Shelby Davidson, Alba-Golden Superintendent, made a request to the court to approve the closure of County Road 2377 from the corner at the northwest end oft the football field to the area just east of the entrance Kim Morris, adjoining property owner, informed the court of her reasons against the closure of County  on County Road 2377.  tot the campus by the football field. JUSTICE CENTER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT RFP #04-2024TO DETERMINE BEST VALUE  PROPOSALPROPOSER AND TAKEI NECESSARY ACTION.  Wayne Gondeck, DRG Architects, LLC, presented to the court the proposal evaluations for the Justice Center Improvement! Project RFP #04-2024. Mr. Gondeck recommended the court tos select' Tegrity Contractors.
