Becky Burford, Treasurer, presented the Treasurer's Reports for the month and year-to-date of Judge Jeanes informed the court that the August report was noti included in the courts packet but would still Commissioner Simmons madea ai motion to approve ofthe Treasurer'sl Reports for the month and year-to-date of August 30, 2018 and September 30, 2018. Commissioner Acker seconded the motion and all members voted WHEREFORE itis ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED the Treasurer's Reports for the month and  be considered and ifapproved signed at a later date. Commissioner Holland made a motion to approve of Indigent Burial in the amount of $350.00 to Croley Funeral Home, Hawkins, Texas. Commissioner Gaskill seconded the motion and all members voted "aye". WHEREFORE it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Indigent Burial in the amount of  $350.00 to Croley Funeral Home, Hawkins, Texasi is HEREBY APPROVED.  A copy of the request is attached tot these minutes.  11. CONSIDER APPROVALOF DANA BUNDIK TO THE UPPER SABINE VALLEY SOLID WASTE  MANAGEMENT DISTRICT.  Commissioner Acker made a motion to approve of Dana Bundik to the Upper Sabine Valley Solid Waste WHEREFORE it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the approval of Dana Bundik to the  Management District. Commissioner Simmons seconded the motion and all members voted "aye". Upper Sabine Valley Solid Waste Management District is HEREBY APPROVED.
