TOWN OF PLYMOUTH PUBLIC HEARING MEETING MINUTES TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND VIA ZOOM  NOVEMBER 14, 2022  The Public Hearing was conducted during the Town of Plymouth Regular Town Council Meeting Jessie Walker of The Wooten Company presented the Close-Out Report for the for FY18 Community Development Block Grant Infrastructure (CDBG-I) Program Water System improvements Grant #15-1-3047. Ms. Walker provided a project summary, and reported the original proposed activities, original project budget in the amount of $504,550.00, amended activities that increased the budget by $136,770.00, and the amended budget of $641,320.00. Ms. Walker then presented the Final Project Performance and Accomplishment Changes tot the Project, Project Benefits, Project Compliance and Performance, and photos oft the project. Mayor Roth opened the opportunity for Council and staff discussion. There being no questions, the Mayor opened the floor for public comment. No public comments were received. Councilwoman Byers asked Public Works Director Wright if he was satisfied with the report. Public Works Director Wright stated that he was satisfied with everything that had been cleared With no additional questions or comments, Mayor Roth closed the Public Hearing. An motion to approve the November 14, 2022 Public Hearing Meeting Minutes was made by Councilman Byers and seconded by Councilman Wobbleton.
