APPROVAL OF THE APRIL 27, 2023 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING  MEETINGS  A Motion was made by Councilwoman Byers to approve the April 27, 2023 Special Meeting Minutes with a second by Councilman Wobbleton. The motion  carried unanimously. III. ADJOURNMENT  There being no further business, a motion was made by Counciwoman Byers to adjourn the meeting with a second by Councilwoman Williams.
