The Board said the Montour Area Recreation Commission will take over the Montour Preserve Maple Sugaring program, but to do that needs to raise $7,500.00 in donations by December 31. Mr. Finn said PPL has been positive in its ongoing talks with the County on keeping the Preserve open.
