On called Mr. Gerst moved to set the per capita tax at $5.00. Mr. Ward seconded. On called vote, Mr. Ward moved to adopt the 2015 Liquid Fuels budget of $732,000.00 in expenditures and $891,654.72 in revenues. Mr. Gerst seconded. On called vote, all voted in favor. Mr. Gerst moved to adopt the 2015 Transit budget of $571,997.35 in expenditures and $573,791.00 ini revenues. Mr. Ward seconded. On called vote, all voted in favor. Mr. Gerst moved to adopt Resolution R-12-16-14 for the 2015 Tax Anticipation Note with Jersey Shore State Bank in the amount of $800,000.00. Mr. Ward seconded. The Board said the Montour Area Recreation Commission will take over the Montour Preserve Maple Sugaring program, but to do that needs to raise $7,500.00 in donations by December 31. Mr. Finn said PPL has been positive in its ongoing talks with the County on keeping the Preserve open.
