Background: On November 28, 2022, Ellyn Brannick submitted a written request for the City Council to abandon the 60-foot-wide unimproved right-of-way located between 509 and 517 Deweese Avenue. Ms. Brannick owns the property and residence at 509 Deweese Avenue. The right-of-way is 60 feet in width and approximately 130 feet in length. Staff Comments: agenda packet. 1.
