RECEIVEPRESENTATION-Town Manager's Recommended FY 2024-25 Budget Town Manager Franzese and Finance Officer Heather Kann presented the Mayor and Board withi the Town Manager's Recommended FY25 Budget, which is attached to these minutes as Attachment C. The proposed Spencer budget for FY25 totals $5,871,288, with $5,389,806 in the General Fund, $154,971 in the Powell Bill Fund, and $326,511 int the Capital Reserve and Replacement Fund. The recommended propertyt taxr rate is 62 cents per $100 of valuation. Salisbury Avenue needs asbestos abatement and demolition to allowi the The Town has solicited multiple demolition quotes fort the building, and1 the Double D Construction: Services proposal provides an option to complete the needed worki int two phases. Thei first phase is abatement of abestos-containings materials int the building, which we would like to complete this fiscal year.
