Topics discussed included: the inability to have North Carolina Transportation Museum signage, Town ofAllegiance. Spencer (James Meacham and Buzz Bizzell) limit signage locations, trail signage, costs, and the timeline for the project. Alderman Rashid Muhammad entered the Hilda B.
