Our call volume has remained steady for this time of year our activity report is included with this report. However, there are no major incidentsto The 2024 Dodge Durango has arrived. I will be getting equipment ordered to have this vehicle on the front line in the next few months. One of the Flock Safety Cameras has been installed, and is operational; we are awaiting the installation of the second Flock Camera that will be located at Grouse Moor Drive. Ibelieve this equipment will be a great asset to the Village in the efforts of public safety and crime prevention. Attached is Officer Linkous has completed field training and is working the night shift. Officer Buchanan is working a split shift to assist Officer Linkous for the next several weeks. The Police Department will complete annual firearms training on 9/9/2024 at Cook Range. Officer Buchanan will be working a split shift that day, there will be no loss in coverage. Our officer's continue to patrol the Village diligently to protect our citizens, visitors and their property.
