CALLMEETING1 TOORDER Chairman Adam Persky called the Eastern Carolina Aviation Heritage Foundation (ECAHF) Development Committee meeting to order at 3:30 pm on August 6, 2024 att the Havelock Tourist & Event Center, Havelock, NC, with a quorum present. B. APPROVAL OFI MINUTES Chairman Adam Perskyp presented the minutes tot the committee fort their review and approval. Barry Fetzer made a motion to approve the July 2, 2024 Development Committee minutes with no corrections. The motion carried unanimously. .OLDI BUSINESS 1. Gala 2025- February 21, 2025 Chairman Adam Persky mentioned the àpplication to NASA to request an astronaut guest speaker should be submitted this month as planned. Pam Holder presented the printout of the application form from the website for review and discussion. Chairman Adam Persky opened the discussion for Summer Camp also stating he had read through the parent and student review forms. Tom Braaten reported camp went very well and Pam Holder agreed. There was discussion based on replies from the review forms. Some oft the suggestions did not seem logistically possible, and others could be discussed next year. One suggestion was to change the Showcase and do individual recorded interviews during Pam Holder presented a large wooden dog tag plaque featuring the five patches and campt title, "Hovercraft Heroes".
