Project Location: City-wide  CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITYACT (CEQA):The proposed Code, Amendment is exempt from CEQA under Section 15060(c)(2), Section 15060(c)(3), and Section 15061(b)(3) of the State CEQA Guidelines. The Code Amendment will not have the potential for causing a significant impact on the environment because it will restrict short-term rentals and bed and breakfasts within existing  private structures, with no expansion of use.
