Acopy of all documentation willl be provided tot the County.  2. That the nursing home foundation has not certified or contractually agreed that they already possess 3. The Countywill not provide funds for administration purposes nor can any board member, employee,  the matching funds.  or contractor of the foundation receive any funds. 4.
