NOTICE/PUBLICATION OF THE MEETING: Ms. Susterka confirmed the meeting had been  properly noticed.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES: 3/14/2023 Planning & Zoning Meeting Minutes  Motion made by Member Hall to approve the 3/14/2023 Minutes as presented; Seconded by Member  Livsey.  Motion was by roll call vote.. Ayes: Loar, Hall, Livsey, Harris.  PUBLIC: HEARINGS 38527-000-01  PH: Comprehensive Plan Amendment & Rezoning: SSC22-0002; PIDs: 38527-000-00 & Ms. O'Neill presented the staff report for the comprehensive plan amendment and rezoning. Member Hall inquired as to the choice in zoning designation for 38527-000-01 as well as whether or not Member Loar asked for confirmation that there would be single family residences on both parcels, and Motion made by Member Livsey to recommend approval of SSC22-0002; Seconded by MemberLoar.  the city is involved in the recording of deeds.  whether or not animals will be present on parcel 38527-000-00. Motion was by roll call vote: Ayes: Loar, Hall, Livsey, Harris.  PUBLIC COMMENTS: None. board vacancies available to fill. BOARD COMMENTS: None.
