Thank you for granting an extension of time for the Town's response.  1. Exceeding Permit Limits  The plant did not exceed the effluent limit of5 5 mg// for CBOD5 in September 2015. The Regarding Total Nitrogen and Total Phosphorus, quotes are being obtained for new automatic dissolved oxygen meter and solids meter. These new meters should help lower the reported  reported value was less than 3.  values for Total Nitrogen and Total Phosphorous. 2. Automatic Dissolved Oxygen Meter: and Solids Meter See 1. The new meters will give better solids inventory control.  3. Tertiary Filter  The Plant Operator requested a quote for replacing the panels. The quote was $19,250.00. The budget cannot accommodate that large expenditure at this time. Quotes from other companies will be requested. The Town will purchase 4 replacement wheels and the plant operators will  clean the panels with sodium hypo.
