Dear Judges Mullany and O'Connell:  l'am writing to report on activities related to application phase intervenor funds awarded to our organization on March 7, 2019 in the above referenced proceeding. These funds in the amount of $18,000.00 were provided to retain the services of Research Wildlife Biologist Tricia Miller with respect to potential impacts on eagles and other large raptors. Dr. Miller has prepared six reports in regard to these issues, which have been now been provided to the project applicant and the party list in this Matter.
