SE4  April17,2019  Town of Windsor Board 124 Main St. Windsor, NY13865 Dear Board Members;  The Windsor Partnership wishes to go on record in support of the Bluestone Wind Project. While many ofy you have been made aware of what are touted to be the negatives of wind electric generation, it is the Partnership belief that the positives outweigh the negatives.  Wind power generation has resulted in over one billion dollars annually distributed to state and Bluestone predicts over a 200 million dollar investment locally, which will result in additional local tax revenues, construction, jobs, and several permanent employment positions. Additionally, Bluestone has been a contributor to our local First Knight and Corn Festival celebrations. Both events are popularv with our local citizens and have made an addition to our community spirit. footprint as we. seek to address the world wide problem of global warming.  local governments and land ownersi in rural (90%) locals like Windsor.
