Why should you complete this survey? The Town Board wants residents in the West Windsor area surveyed to find outi if there is any interest or need for municipal water by residents. The Town Board has been very clear that no residents will be forced to connect to municipal water. It will only be pursued as a residential project if survey results show interest. Is there a need for municipal water in West Windsor? Yes, inorder to have development in the commercial district such as senior housing for middle income seniors and al hotel, there must bei municipal water. Developers will not proceed without municipal water. In the case of seniorl housing, municipal wateri is required by the State ofl New York. A commercial district tcan be developed without public participation and usage. How and where do you send your survey answers?
