Adoption of Resolution Authorizing Removal of Certain Public Record Books Enclosed is a copy of a resolution that needs to be approved by the Board which will authorize the removal of the marriage licenses from January 1951 to June Adoption of Resolution Accepting Funds from the North Carolina Department of Attached is a resolution accepting the 2023 Appropriations Act Directed Projects Grant offer of $9,170,350 for the Pasquotank County RO Plant & Weeksville Well Field Improvements. The resolution also gives assurance to the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality that any conditions or assurances contained in the award offer will be adhered to. Ita also authorizes and directs the Utilities Director to furnish information in connection with the project and to execute other documents as may be required by the Division of Water  Kept by the Register of Deeds  1951 for repair, restoration, and rebinding.
