PUBLIC HEARINGS PH: Comprehensive Plan Amendment & Rezoning: SSC22-0004; PID: 39134-000-00 Ms. O'Neill presented the staff report for the comprehensive plan amendment and rezoning. Motion made by Member Livsey to recommend approval of SSC22-0004; Seconded by Member Hall. Motion was by roll call vote: Ayes: Hall, Livsey, Harris. PH: Comprehensive Plan Amendment & Rezoning: SSC23-0001; PIDs: 36875-000-00 & Ms. O'Neill presented the staff report for the comprehensive plan amendment and rezoning. PH: Special Exception: SE23-0001; PID 38510-004-00 Ms. O'Neill presented the staff report for the special exception. Mr. Ed Abshier, Engineer for Garden Worship Center Inc. spoke on behalf of the church. Member Livsey inquired about permitting requirements. Member Hall asked for distinction between food truck and food trailer. Ms. O'Neill explained per city Motion made by Member Livsey to approve SE23-0001 with stipulations as presented in the staff code, they are one and the same. recommendation; Seconded by Member Hall.
