Corbett called the meeting to order and read NOTICE/PUBLICATION OF THE MEETING: Ms. O'Neill confirmed the meeting had been APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The minutes from the October 24, 2023 meeting were approved. the overview of meeting procedures. properly posted. ADMINISTRATION OF OATH OF OFFICERS The Code Compliance Officer was not sworn in as no evidence was to be presented as part ofa case. NEW BUSINESS: Lien Forgiveness: Michael DiDomenico for. Jaideep Cherelenla, concerning 5272 SE 120th St CCOO'Neill presented the staff report and updated information on the properties. Mr. DiDomenico spoke on behalfo ofMr. Cherelenla, who is considering purchasing the (38525-001-00) and 12006 SE HWY 484(38525-001-01) properties. The Special Magistrate used the following factors, from City of Belleview Code of Ordinances Section 2-233.(b)(3), to determine whether to reduce or waive the liens: b. Any actions taken by the violator to correct the violation; c. The length oft time taken to correct the violation; d. The cost of repair or corrective actions; and e. Any previous violations committed by the violator. a. The gravity of the violation; There are currently 13 total liens across both properties that are serious in nature, some of which date to 2017. The property owner has taken no action for nearly 7-years tol bring the property into compliance or pay the liens. Neither the property owner nor the applicant have provided any cost estimate to bring the property into compliance. The Special Magistrate does not recommend reduction or forgiveness ofany oft the liens.
