Development Services: Land Development Regulations Update Development Services Director Chancey stated that at the last Planning & Zoning Meeting the Land Development Code was presented to thel P&Z Board. The Board members asked for more time to review the LDC and bring back their suggestions at the next meeting. Those suggestions will be brought to the Commission for discussion in March and the First and Final reading is currently scheduled tol be held in April. C.
