Maul Roll Call:  Mayor Schmidt, Commissioner Niewiarowski Commissioner Tolbert, Commissioner Blume, Attorney Regina  6:00 pm Call to order by Mayor Schmidt  Approval of Agenda: voice vote was unanimous. No comments.  Itv was moved by Commissioner Blume and seconded by Commissioner Tolbert to approve the agenda. The  Comments from the public on any agenda item: Approval of Meeting Minutes November 17, 2020  Itv was moved by Commissioner Niewiarowski and seconded by Commissioner Blume to approve the minutes.  The voice vote was unanimous.  Treasurer's Report, Approval of Expenditures and Budget Worksheet:  Clerk/Treasurer, Barb Colucci went over balance sheet and P&L. November 2020 expenditures: Regions Bank Svc Chg $30.89, Clerk/Treasurer salary $896.50, Pinellas County Sheriff $2924.00 Oct, US Treasury 941 $540.00, Sir Speedy Printing Code Enforcement $170.60, Verizon $63.83, FL Dept REV Penalty $25.00, Persson & Cohen $4920.00, Pinellas County Sheriff $2924.00 Nov, Municode Annual $775.00 admin and on- line servicing, Waste Services $793.20, Duke Energy $248.72, Verizon $63.84, US Postmaster $254.00 Annual PO Box. Commissioner Blume questioned ift the legal fees were part oft the lawsuit. Counsel acknowledged yes and it should start going back down now that initial work has been done. It was moved by Commissioner Tolbert and seconded by Commissioner Niewiarowski to approve both the treasurers report and expenditures. The  voice vote was unanimous. Sheriff's Report  Sgt Maul reported no crime October. Reported statistics Commissioner Blume questioned if the Deputies were opening and closing the gates. He has found them open again after 9pm. Noted that he would like to see the gates open sunrise to approx. an hour after sunset. Mayor noted that he wondered if we would create more problems with this. Commissioner Tolbert agreed with Commissioner Blume but also agreed with Mayor's worry of creating a situation. Counsel noted that our ordinance states that parking is allowed during daylight hours only and she will check to see if she finds something different. Clerk asked to remove existing signs and send an email after hearing from Counsel to Captain, Sgt. Maul, Mayor since our ordinance already states this.    Counsel Comments  Resolution 2020-10 Virtual Mtgs Cure read by Counsel. It was moved by Commissioner Blume and seconded by Commissioner Niewiarowski to approve Resolution 2020-10. The voice vote was unanimous. Resolution 2020-11 Elections read by Counsel. It was moved by Commissioner Tolbert and seconded by Commissioner Niewiarowski to approve Resolution 2020-11.
