RATIFICATION OF BILLS  Ms. Carson Williams reviewed the Ratification of Bills Payable for the month of ON A MOTION MADE BY SENATOR FONTANA AND SECONDED BY MS. MCCORMICK-BARRON, THE RATIFICATION OF THE BILLS WAS APPROVED  July, 2020 and found them to be in good and proper order. Allegheny County Economic Development, Community Infrastructure &  Tourism Fund (CITF) - Solicitor Contract Extension  Request Authorization to: (i) extend the (1): year contract with the law firm Dickie McCamey & Chilcote as the solicitor for the Community Infrastructure & Tourism Fund Program from August 31,20201 tol December 31,2020; and (ii) allowthel Director  to execute the necessary documents with Solicitor approval. Active Transportation Grant Program - Ratification of an Agreement  Request authorization to: ()ratify an agreement with thel Hillman Familyl Foundations for an amount not to exceed $75,0001 to support the award of grants through the Active Allegheny Grant Program; and (ii) allow the. Live Well Allegheny 2-Grant Acceptance  Request authorization to: (i) accept a Grant in an amount not to exceed $81,000.00 from the. Allegheny County Health Department (ACHD), (ii) solicit proposals for Sub- grants from Sub-grantees for use toward costs of the Program, (iii) award Sub-grants tos Sub-grantees in amounts and upon terms as determined by the Director and/or any of the Officer ofthe Authority, (iv) administer the Sub-grants in connection with the Program, (v) develop and/or provide resources to support program activities, and (vi) allow the Director to execute the necessary documents with Solicitor approval. Mon Valley Initiative (MVI)- Property Revocable License Agreement Request authorization to: (i) enter into al Revocable License Agreement with Mon Valley Initiative, Inc. for use ofRAAC-owned property in the Borough of Braddock; and (ii) allow the Director to execute the necessary documents with Solicitor approval. Allegheny County Economic Development, Gaming Economic Development  Tourism Fund (GEDTF) -4 Application for Funding  Request authorization to: (i) submit an application for funding to the Commonwealth Finance Authority from the Pennsylvania Gaming Economic Development and Tourism Fund and (ii) allow the Director to execute the necessary documents with Solicitor approval. Today we are recommending 59 projects to the CDFA totaling $10.1 million. As it has done in the past, our Department will serve as the administrator for these projects.
