Keeping busy with the grass cutting, recycling and trash collection. David Bachinsky will be leaving October 26th and will be missed. Getting equipment ready for winter. Joe Baran introduced Todd Plunkett from Baldwin EMS. There will be a Meet 'n' Greet on Friday, December 1st at the Borough Building, during our annual Christmas event. Steel Valley Enterprise Zone: Dave Harhai There will be a meeting on October 17th. There will be one more "Live Friday" in October; these have been good for businesses. Steel Rivers Council of Governments-Ashley Cain Financial audit has been completed. No remarks were made. Working on a five (5) year program for violence prevention. Management meetings will be starting in November. They will run from 12-1:30. Change in Act 152 regarding Lead Safe. COMMITTEE REPORTS Community Affairs, Barb Ferson, Chair Next meeting is Tuesday, October 18th. Trick or Treat will be 6-7:30pm. Chief Rozzo: Police and Penn Dot have towed cars, injunction on house, should not be living there but animals are still there. We will review this tomorrow.
