Roll Call  The roll was called to establish a quorum. Presenty were, Ms. Cain, Ms. Ferson, Mr. Harhai, Ms. Scolieri, Mr. McLaughlin, and PresidentBaran. Mr. Guzziwas absent. Human Relations Commission) settlement was reached. There was NO finding of discriminationon the part Manager noted NO UPDATE on the sale of Calhoun School or ASKO Building. Manager noted the hiring of the NEW Police Chief has been finalized with Charles Rozzo Manager asked ifa all Council Members had anything theywanted' the attendees to bring  of West Homestead Borough.  being named as ChiefofWHPD.  upat the ALOM Spring Conference. The answerwas Grant Monies.  Engineering  Codel Enforcement  Solicitor provided update on Guardian Angels Building to Council.. Judge granted Conservatorship to Tuff Properties. Borough Properties Committee and Engineer tor meet with Matt Bovie (Tuff Properties). Need to follow the standard timeline for Snow Removal Ordinance will be enforced by both Public' Works & the WHPD.  repairs.    Mark B. toi investigate the restrictions on AirBNB's. Stilly working with. Allegheny County & SVSD1 for reimbursement. SVSB approved in SR-837 Project - Project began on April 4th. An Lewis and promoting the use of Land Banks. This meeting Northern Region Sidewalks/Retaining Walls - Manager sent Engineering proposals for both Sidewalks & Retaining' Walls to Committee. Recommendation is to work with owners on maintaining sidewalks. Manager sent draft of letter to residents. Stillwaitingon  has been moved to March 2022.  feedback.    Community yAffairs (Ms. Ferson)  Community Clean-Up Dayi is tentatively scheduled for 05/07/2022. Will align with Boy/Girl  Scouts National Clean-UpD Day.  Personnel(Ms.S Scolieri)  Continuewith Benchmarking to compare Wages & Benefits. Chief of Police Hiring stilli in  process.  Manager completed Job Description for Sewer Technician.  Public Safety (Mr. Harhai). - See Slide Show- Police Report for 2022  Meeting was focused on establishing Safety Committee. Need to focus on patching potholesi sin Spring 2022. Purchase of NEW Garbage Truck on hold due to increase prices.
