BOROUGH OF WEST HOMESTEAD  Special Meeting March 21, 2022 Minutes  Call to Order  President Joe Baran called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M.  Pledge of Allegiance  Roll Call  Present: Mr. Baran, Mr. Harhai, Ms. Cain, Mr. McLaughlin, Ms. Scolieri. Absent were Mr. Also, in attendance were, Mayor John Dindak, Solicitor Stan Lederman, Borough  Guzzi. Recused were Ms. Ferson. Manager Bill Etherington Public Comment on Agenda Items No comments. Second: Ms. Cain All voted in favor of Motion.  Motion by Mr. Harhai to enter Executive Session at 5:34 P.M.  Manager & Council proceeded to discuss Personnel Developments and Timeline in the  hiring process for a New Police Chief.  Motion by Mr. Harhai to return from Executive Session at 5:58 P.M.  Second: Ms. Cain  All Council Members voted in favor of Motion. Public Comment on Non-Agenda Items  No comments. Adjournment  President Joe Baran adjourned the meeting at 6:00 P.M.
