WEST HOMESTEAD BOROUGH  Special Meeting February 22, 2022 Minutes  Call to Order  Vice President David Harhai called the meeting to order at 5:10 P.M.  Pledge of Allegiance  Roll Call  Present: Mr. Harhai, Ms. Cain, Mr. McLaughlin, Mr. Guzzi, Ms. Scolieri. Absent were Also, in attendance were, Solicitor Moe Lederman, Borough Manager Bill Etherington  Ms. Ferson and Mr. Baran.  Public Comment on Agenda Items  No comments. Second: Ms. Cain All voted in favor of Motion.  Motion by Mr. Harhai to enter Executive Session at 5:15 P.M.  Manager & Council proceeded to discuss Personnel Developments and Timeline in the  hiring process for a New Police Chief.  Motion by Mr. Harhai to return from Executive Session at 5:55 P.M.  Second: Ms. Cain  All Council Members voted in favor of Motion. Public Comment on Non-Agenda Items  No comments. Adjournment  Vice President Harhai adjourned the meeting at 6:00 P.M.
