Community Day will be the second Saturday in August (August 13th) Scouts of America. Would like to get Police involved for Clean-up Day. Personnel: Rose Scolieri, Chair Nor report. Working with the Engineers on game plan. Public Works, Bill McLaughlin, Chair Learned several things in the Public Works Department. We have a great Public Works Department. We are plowing 9 feet across on a 25-foot-wide street. OnJ January 16/17, our guys plowed all night long. Will be attending the Newly Elected Officials Class through the Local Government. Public Comment on Non-Agenda Items Jennifer & Steve Vinay, 1311 Vivjon Drive: Received a violation notice on February 2nd. The notice was from BIU. It dealt with no handrail on stairs. Only codes were noted, they had called Dave Naylor and lefta message. He had called back and was very professional and explained the reason for the violation.
