Approve Ordinance No. 724, in its final form, amending Ordinance No 658, known as the Tenant Occupancy Safety Inspection Ordinance, specifically adding language to further define the Terms "Residential Rental Unit" and' "Tenant" in the Ordinance, proposed at the Council Meeting on July 12, 2022, and advertised in the Valley Mirror on Thursday, 4. Approve proposed Ordinance No. 725, entering into an intergovernmental cooperation agreement with other municipalities and taxing jurisdictions of Allegheny County for the  July 28, 2022.  purpose of joining the Tri-Cog Land Bank. 5.
