Update Website., New resident welcome packet. Community Affairs (Mr. Karafa) Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 3:30 pm. Spring Clean-up Day is on Saturday, May 4th. Memorial Day Service is on Monday, May 27th at 11:00 am. Community Dayi is on Saturday, August 10th. Possible Movie nights. Personnel (Ms. Cain) Borough Manager: the first round of applications and interviews have been completed. Starting second round. Properties (Mr. Harhai) The meeting was held on February 13th. Next meeting is April gth. Public Safety (Mr. McLaughlin) Discussion on Stop Signs. Need to make legal, in phases. Sewer Management (Ms. Ferson) Separation of sewers on West 7th, West 8th, and Hays Street. Bids will be coming out soon. ALCOSON trunk line transfer. Financial - Account Balances Account balances through February 2024. President's Report Calhoun Community Park Phase 1: waiting for the handrails to be installed. Put up Calhoun Community Park Phase 2: promised $248K, only awarded $50K. Have not signage that Park is closed, proceed at risk. heard back from Matt Gergley.
