Accept minutes from the Council meetings, as written, for. January 2, 2024: Reorganization,  January 2, 2024: Caucus/Workshop, and January 9, 2024: Legislative. 2. Approve and ratify all bills paid and to be paid for the month of February 2024.  3. To close and finalize the 2024 Borough Budget.  4. Approve proposed Ordinance 734, prohibiting parking on West Hazel Way and Locust Way.  5. Advertise proposed Ordinance 734.  6. Approve Resolution 24-004, Updating the Emergency Operations Plan.  7. Approve Resolution 24-005, Entering into an amended contract with the Police Chief. 8. Based on the information presented by the applicant representative Patrick Kazimer, the Planning Commission voted to recommend that the Conditional Use as Automotive Repair Establishment'at 1073 Forest Avenue be granted with the following conditions: 1) All repairs shall be conducted entirely within the existing structure. No repair work shall be permitted in an open yard regardless of whether or not said yard is enclosed by a fence, wall, or 2) Any such facility shall be sound insulated sO as to limit the transmission of noise emanating 3). Any such use shall be limited to hours of operation between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 4) The owner of any such use shall be responsible for the daily thorough policing of the subject premises and all surrounding public and private properties and removal of all trash and/or garbage which may have been generated by the subject establishment or its customers. 5). Any significantly damaged vehicle or vehicle part shall only be stored entirely within an For purposes of this Conditional Use significantly damaged vehicles" includes missing exterior parts, major body damage, and broken windows or mirrors, and excludes vehicles with mismatched paint work. No such vehicle or vehicle part may be stored in an open yard. 6) No vehicle may be stored at any location on the premises for any period of time in excess of 30 days. No more than 20 vehicles (in addition to the employee cars) may be stored outside of 7) No motor vehicle, boat, camper, trailer, or motor vehicle part may be sold or leased or offered  other enclosure.  from the premises to any off-premises location.  p.m. daily.  approved enclosed solid fence or wall, or out of view from the street.  the building at any time.  for sale or lease at any time from any location on the premises.    8) No objectional odors including, but not limited to, paint fumes will be emitted from the building  or the property.  9) Loading and unloading of vehicles may not obstruct travel on Forest Avenue.  10) Should Permit Holder violate any of the conditions of the Permit issuance, as set forth above, and fail to fully correct said violation(s) to the satisfaction of the Borough, within seventy-two (72) hoursofr receiving bmalivtanngifatondame from the Borough, then, and ini that event, Permit Holder's Occupancy Permit shall be revoked without recourse by the Permit Holder. 11) The Permit Holder, by accepting this Conditional Use Permit and its terms set forth above, does  hereby agree that the Borough's deterination of any violation is final.
