Approve Resolution 24-005, Entering into an amended contract with the Police Chief. 8. Based on the information presented by the applicant representative Patrick Kazimer, the Planning Commission voted to recommend that the Conditional Use as Automotive Repair Establishment'at 1073 Forest Avenue be granted with the following conditions: 1) All repairs shall be conducted entirely within the existing structure. No repair work shall be permitted in an open yard regardless of whether or not said yard is enclosed by a fence, wall, or 2) Any such facility shall be sound insulated sO as to limit the transmission of noise emanating 3). Any such use shall be limited to hours of operation between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 4) The owner of any such use shall be responsible for the daily thorough policing of the subject premises and all surrounding public and private properties and removal of all trash and/or garbage which may have been generated by the subject establishment or its customers. 5). Any significantly damaged vehicle or vehicle part shall only be stored entirely within an For purposes of this Conditional Use significantly damaged vehicles" includes missing exterior parts, major body damage, and broken windows or mirrors, and excludes vehicles with mismatched paint work.
