TOWN OF ASTATULA PLANNING & ZONING BOARD MINUTES  SPECIAL MEETING TOWN HALL  THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 2, 2021  SINCE  1872  Having been duly advertised as required byl law, Chairman Boyd called the Regular Planning  & Zoning meeting to order at 6:00 pm and led the Pledge of Allegiance.  Members Present: Marjorie Boyd, Chairman Theresa Ann LaBree Leigh Ann Pflugh Karen Smith ABSENT: Sean Donnelly  Town Staff Present: Graham Wells, Town Clerk Tim Green, Town Planner  Roll Call was performed, and it was determined that a quorum was present. Chairman Boyd  welcomed town planner, Tim Green; there were no residents present.  MINUTE APPROVAL  Approval of Minutes - June 24, 2021 Regular P &ZI Meeting.  MOTION by Member Smith to approve; SECONDED by Member Pflugh  For: Boyd, LaBree, Pflugh, Smith Against: None MOTION CARRIED 4-0 NEW BUSINESS  LEGACYHOMESELLLCLOTSPLIT-SITE LYING WESTOFIACKSONSTRETANDSOUTH The proposed Lot Split for the 1t Acre site lying West of Jackson Street and South of Kansas Avenue in the Town of Astatula. The existing parcel is zoned R-2. The proposed Lot Split will divide the parcel into two parcels. The submitted survey dated 04/22/2021 prepared by Mr. Green gave an overview of the project submitted to the board which complied with the town's Land Development Regulations. There was an opinion of title required before full approval and the lot split must be recorded at the County. These were not required for the board to recommend approval of the lot split.
