OFASTAT OUNTY, SINCE 1872 TOWN OF ASTATULA PLANNING & ZONING BOARD MINUTES REGULAR MEETING TOWN HALL THURSDAY OCTOBER 28, 2021 Having been duly advertised as required by law, Chairman Boyd called the Regular Planning &Z Zoning meeting to order at 6:00 pm and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Members Present: Marjorie Boyd, Chairman Theresa Ann LaBree Karen Smith Sean Donnelly Absent: Leigh Ann Pflugh Town Staff Present: Graham Wells, Town Clerk Tim Green, Town Planner Roll Call was performed, and it was determined that a quorum was present. Chairman Boyd welcomed town planner, Tim Green. MINUTE. APPROVAL Approval of Minutes - September 23, 2021 Regular P &ZI Meeting. MOTION byl Member Smith to approve; SECONDED by Member LaBree For: Boyd, LaBree, Smith, Donnelly Against: None MOTION CARRIED 4-0 NEW BUSINESS LOTSPLIT-SITEIMING SOUTH OF FLORIDA AVENUE, WEST OF WASHINGTONSTREET Green Consulting Group, Inc. (GCG) has conducted a review oft the proposed Lot Split for the 1t Acre site lying W: Site lying South of Florida Avenue, West of Washington Street and East ofLittle Lake Harris in the Town of Astatula. The existing parcel is zoned R-1.The proposed Lot Split will divide the parcel into two parcels. The submitted surveys dated 10/15/21 prepared by Ireland &. Associates, Inc., Signed by Florida Surveyor and Mapper #6637. Chairman Boyd introduced Tim Green who gave an overview of the lot split project before the board. He stated that the parcel was zoned Residential R-1, that there were no wetlands and that a lot line deviation was approved in 2019. There were no complications and the split lot conformed to all requirements in the Land development Regulations. Chairman Boyd asked for any questions from the board and there being none, requested a motion. MOTION by Member Smith to recommend approval of the lot split to Council; Seconded by!
