ADVISORY TASKI FORCE MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING TUESDAY MAY31,2022 TOWN HALL SINCE 1872 Having been duly advertised as required byl law, Chairman Boyd called the Citizens Advisory Task Force meeting to order at 5:36 pm and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Members Present: Marjorie Boyd, Chairman Karen Smith Leigh Ann Pflugh Theresa Ann LaBree Absent: Sean Donnelly, Vice-Chairman Town StaffPresent: Graham Wells, Town Clerk David Fox, Fred Fox Enterprises, Inc Roll Call was performed, and it was determined that a quorum was present. DISCUSSION ON CATF INCOME FORMS: All CATF Income forms were submitted prior to meeting. It was determined that the CATF met the minimum 51% Low to Moderate Income (LMI) criteria. PRESENTATION ON CDBGSMALLCITIESF PROGRAM: David Fox presented a handout on The Community Development Block Grant Small Cities Program and reviewed the program categories, income limits, and application process. PUBLICO COMMENT: The meeting was opened for public comment. No one: from the Public requested to speak. STAFFE PRESENTATION ONI POSSIBLEPROIECTS: Graham Wells explained that the Town current needs include upgrading the central water system for better fire protection. Ati its conclusion Chairman Boyd requested a motion.
