g  OFASTAN CCUNTY,FL SINCE, 1872  TOWN OF ASTATULA PLANNING & ZONING BOARD MINUTES  SPECIAL MEETING THURSDAY, JULY28, 2022 TOWN HALL  Having been duly advertised as required by law, Chairman Boyd called the Regular Planning  & Zoning meeting to order at 6:08 pm and led the Pledge of Allegiance.  Members Present: Marjorie Boyd, Chairman Karen Smith Leigh Ann Pflugh Theresa Ann LaBree Absent: Sean Donnelly  Town Staff Present: Graham Wells, Town Clerk Tim Green, Town Planner  Roll Call was performed, and it was determined that a quorum was present. Chairman Boyd welcomed town planner, Tim Green. Also present were representatives from the developer,  Jim Stout and Joseph Eddy. MINUTE. APPROVAL  Approval of Minutes - April 28, 2022 Regular P & ZI Meeting.  MOTION by Member LaBree to approve; SECONDED by Member Smith  For: Pflugh, Smith, LaBree, Boyd MOTION CARRIED 4-0 NEW BUSINESS  REVIEW, AND APPROVALOFTHF FINAL PLAT FOR COLINA DELLAGO  Green Consulting Group, Inc. (GCG) has conducted a review of Colina Del Lago Final Plat. The Plat was prepared by American Veteran Survey Company, Inc, and consists of! 5: sheets. GCG's review consisted of comparing the submitted Final Plat with the previously submitted Mr. Green went over the details of his review which is based on the Land Development Regulations, Section 6.7.2 and the submitted Plat and concluded that the Plat is in general compliance with Construction Plans. Based on this he: stated the motion that should be made for Council to approve subject all outstanding contingencies being completed and the final  Construction Plans.  sign-offfrom the Title Company, Town Surveyor, and the Town Engineer.
