APRIL27,2023 TOWN HALL SINCE 1872 Having been duly advertised as required by law, Chairman Boyd called the Special Planning & Zoning meeting to order at 6:09 pm and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Members Present: Marjorie Boyd, Chairman Sean Donnelly, Vice-Chair Theresa Ann LaBree Karen Smith Leigh Ann Pflugh Town Staff Present: Graham Wells, Town Clerk Tim Green, Town Planner Roll Call was performed, and it was determined that a quorum was present. Chairman Boyd welcomed town planner, Tim Green. MINUTE APPROVAL Approval of Minutes - February 23, 2023 Regular P & ZI Meeting. MOTION by Member Smith to approve; SECONDED by Member LaBree For: Smith, Boyd, LaBree, Pflugh, Donnelly MOTION CARRIED 5-0 NEW BUSINESS CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF MINOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAT FOR ROCKY Green Consulting Group, Inc. (GCG) has conducted a review of Rocky Top Estates Final Plat. The Plat was] prepared by freeland-Clnkscales & Assoc. of N.C., Inc, and consists of1 sheet. Mr. Green went over his report prepared for the board, stating that this was part of the development options for lot 51 and 52 oft this parcel. The minor site plan on lot 52 creates three lots and as there are no infrastructure improvements will, ifa approved, move straight to final plat. He went over the zoning and project data and concluded that the application He: added that the plat would be reviewed by the town's: surveyor and once approved and signed by all parties would be recorded at the county. A title review by the town's attorney was also required to certify ownership.
