Vicel Mayor Potter moved to adopt Resolution No. 3948-24 amending the Approved Fiscal Year 2023-24 Budget in the amount of$ $210,000 to establish Quiet Zones at SMART Railroad Crossings; and to approve a Professional Service Agreement (PSA) with RailPros for the establishment of Quiet Zones in an amount not to exceed $174,897 and authorized the Town Manager to execute said agreement, with such minor changes as deemed appropriate by the' Town Manager and any additional amendments up to 20% of the original amount, on behalf ofthe' Town.
